Most of you know that I hate paying full price out of pocket for things, but I had to make the exception for this one. We all know at the holidays you can never have enough batteries. Well, Staples has this great deal, where if you use your Staples reward card, you can buy a 20-pack of Duracell batteries for $12.99 and you will earn $12.99 back in Staples rewards. If I understood this right, the staples rewards are coupons you will get in the mail for $12.99 to use at Staples. You can get 2 offers per week until 12-26-09. The rewards will be mailed out in January.
They also have another deal going on thru 12-19-09, where you can earn 20% back on purchases of $50 or more on ink, and if you take your ink cartridges there to recycle them at the same time you buy new ink, you will earn $6 back in Rewards per recycled cartridge. I think I have quite a few of them laying around. You normally earn 10% back on purchases and $3 per ink cartridge with your card.
Example: Pay $57.99 for a HP 56/57 combo pack= Earn $11.60 back plus $6 per recycled cartridge.
